We were so looking forward to our meal here. Sadly we were disappointed. Despite telling the girl twice what we wanted. Same order for both of us, so not like we confused her with a bunch of stuff. Our orders were wrong. The store was not busy. Only one person behind us. The gravy had no flavor at all. The fries were ok and roast beef was nice. Peas are peas. We ordered the deluxe plate but got the roast beef plate. Had to organize our own plates since we got a full bun covered in gravy and the beef had none. Would not go back or recommend as a good poutine to have while in Old Quebec.

They have a 1980s colourful fast food vibe in the interior. Ordered their meals which can come with add on poutine. Overall the burger with cheese curd was okay-ish, good for 12$, the poutine was better and only 3$ extra. Sitting area nice but metal based.

worst place to eat, i do not recommend this place to anyone neither my worst enemy. the burger was cold, the fries were without salt and bland. the crew only speaks french and no one can understand them. I've found many bugs in the bathroom and the smell coming from the downstairs floor was like a dead body. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS PLACE!

I ordered La Dulton for pickup, but when I got home, I noticed the beef was missing. All I got was fries and gravy, with very little cheese. Basically got the authentique dish while I paid for La Dulton.
