The service was great. I found a little blue thread on a cheese. Should pay attention to health

For me Ashton, it's over for life, TAR-MI-NÉ. On December 27 I placed an order for $172 at the branch on boul Ste-Anne, for around ten people waiting for me at home, 3 items were missing, I had to return and they gave me the 3 missing items with 3 30% discount coupons. Great, I forgive you. I'm going back, today January 8, with my little 30% discount coupon, as well as a simple order for one person, thinking that everything was going to be fine, but this time at the branch on Louis Boulevard. XIV, I had ordered a super double roast beef with poutine, I arrived home and noticed a stale extra sauce. 😂 I return to the branch, in order to obtain the order for which I paid, also asking that they give me back my 30% discount coupon (which I was never given back by the way ). Observations: 1) after these 2 orders, I lost 1 hour of my time traveling, 2) check your orders, obviously they are incapable of managing what is apparently simple (i.e. receiving an order, executing it, validate and deliver it to a customer).

Food is faithful to the banner. On the other hand, the service has been rather slow during my last visits. We hear the sighs of customers waiting for their order. Also, I think the dining room could do with a little refresh. It's the same as in 1995.

Frankly, 2 regular ones for $45 are a steal, crappy atmosphere, service where you don't eat in your face and the kitchen seems unclean. I find it distressing to see a restaurant that was so good before become so mediocre.

Fries with sauce, not enough sauce and very small and dry fries. Very disappointed. Plus it wasn't hot. Change is worth Fries.
The best poutine in town
Super good service

We were craving poutine and decided to stop by Chez Ashton, a local chain we’d heard about. We drove up, walked in, and I’m giving them five stars, mainly for the staff member’s great effort in understanding my English and getting the order just right.
We ordered their special beef poutine, not the traditional one, and it was good. Plenty of seating and parking made it an easy stop. While the poutine was solid, the excellent service really stood out. Five stars for the friendly staff and overall experience!

I was very disappointed.. I ordered 3 poutines and I had to add more sauce because there was very little! But the young cashier was very nice and gave me a free pot of sauce for my dry poutine. (I want to note that there is no accessibility for the disabled which prevented me from entering the restaurant)

Seriously, for $30, it's borderline theft. But where is the cheese??????? It's RIDICULOUS, I'm going to have dinner with fries it looks like

Great poutine, I took the roast beef, bacon and chipotle, with the spicy sauce.
Too bad about all the throw away garbage, even when you eat in the restaurant.
