What a disappointment, after a few years of not visiting Ashton. A waste, baby size. Very ordinary fries, the sauce definitely tasted closer to water than to poutine sauce. Really bad. Cheese: not much, not even normal. Ridiculous. And the worst part, really, which made me say that I would never go back to Ashton again, was the poor dry and tasteless substance that they dared to put on the poutine. Instead of covering almost the entire surface of the poutine, like any other place, it was a kind of puck about 1 inch thick, the surface of which was, according to my estimation, about 1 /3 or 1/4 of the poutine. A real joke. And I repeat, dry, tasteless like sauce. Totally ridiculous. Run away from this specific place and, I would say, the chain in general. Damage. Bye bye Ashton, you escaped very badly.

Finished Ashton for me after 40 years of loyalty. I had a regular hot sauce sausage around 11:10am today. The sausages were reheated from the day before, they were rock hard and tasted like they were in the fridge. And that's all it tasted like because the sauce was extremely bland. Very small grains of cheese impossible to pick up with a fork, in short it's terrible compared to before the acquisition. Ashton is headed for bankruptcy.

A very regular customer of Ashton's, the one in Place Sainte Foy should be avoided. Customer service has completely deteriorated in recent months. No employees looking at you, all with headphones or on their cell phones. Even in the kitchen, they wear headphones and use their cell phones. The quantities are decreasing unlike other ashtons. A few years ago, it was my favorite Ashton, we were served with a smile and we felt that there was authority on the floor. You should talk with your managers. The food remains good.

During preparation, the cook informs the team leader that the bbq sauce is too liquid "it looks like water". The chief tells him that it doesn't matter. The person who comes to give me my poutine realizes that something is wrong with the poutine and informs the cook and the chef responds that everything is fine and to take out the poutine. In short, every time I go to see this team leader on duty, I will go elsewhere.
