I would like to warn the owner here, campaign of salting against Asthon of the fleurs des lys, I go there every week to question the customers at the tables and the commercial employees for a better opinion, Impeccable Fleurs de lys mention for Nadia a treasure in my time I would have paid a lot for an employee like that great teamwork with the 5 star kitchen, Laurier Ste Foy he doesn't care about the customers, 3 grains of cheese on poutine, big chunks in sauce, a line is waiting and he chats with his girlfriend on a Saturday lunchtime I warned him 30 years old hostelry and restaurant he will be outside the young people at the counter were courteous the cashier and the manager chummie grgrgr....

Disappointing Ashton once again uncooked fries!!! I TOOK THE BENT TO ASK FOR WELL-COOKED FRIES ORDER!!!! The 2 employees couldn't wait to finish it didn't tempt them!!! I'm not going to end up taming myself!!! Branch to avoid!!!

For the 2nd time, I got caught again!!! What a bad poutine with three pieces of cheese and fries as hard as wood?. The last time I was at Ashton de l’Ormière and they had the same comment from me. There won't be 3rd - I'll instead go to La Fromagrie Victoria or Bière et Frite!!! The only thing they can do is talk to us in private! Taste your dishes and those of the competitors and you will understand - no time to waste contacting you! My only recommendation is to go elsewhere!

On a beautiful Monday noon: Meet Lucie... maybe it wasn't a good day for her but what an unpleasant encounter. It’s true that we made a large order, it’s true that we asked for extra sauce (we asked for extra sauce but should we have said drown it?)When we got to our table we realized that the drink had ice in it and we never have it so I went back to ask to change the drink.But the look I received from this employee: as if I was having a tantrum... really uncomfortable.As well as yelling at me from across the counter that we hadn't specified it. Force to tell him that yes it had been mentioned.It seems to me that the treatment you give to your customers is as important as the food.*On the invoice my surprise to see that Lucie is director. Really?
