I ordered the rib eye which was easily the best steak I have eaten in decades. It melted in my mouth. My family ordered fried chicken and brisket. Both were wonderful and just as good as any bbq I have had in St Louis or Texas. Our server was so good. I cannot say that more emphatically. She made us feel at home even though my French is poor and no one else in the family spoke it. She guided us through the menu which had a lot of fun flourishes like the bacon shots. The sweet potato was a real surprise with marscapone, arugula and vinegar. The poutine was great. It was nice that they kept their quebecois influences while serving southern style bbq. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely the BEST place I’ve ever eaten. The meat was outstanding, the variety of meat was spectacular!!
Beyond that, when it was delivered, the staff e planned what the item was and how it was prepared. I’ve never tasted meat so good.
In town to visit family. I’m 60+ having tried bbq all over the world including all 50 US states, these were the best ribs I’ve ever had!

Let's put aside the fact that the food was incredible. The service and the space were both incredible. All the staff greeted us and were talking to us when walking by the table. Our server spent a nice amount of time recommending and just having small talk with us. The ambiance was great as well. Really great experience overall. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Fantastic. After you’re done stuffing your face with maple-smoked, coffee-rubbed meat, you’ll be lucky if you can muster a “tabarnak!”
You can’t go wrong with your order, everything we tried was made with care and quality ingredients. The beef ribs were our favourite. The dark chocolate crème brûlée with marshmallows sounded suspicious, but turned out to be a highlight.
The bloke behind the bar with the compelling moustache provided exceptional service. Truly above and beyond.

Je suis aller souper hier avec mon meilleur ami. Pour lui c’était sa première fois et il m’a demander « quand on y retourne » sa veut tout dire! Ce fut un souper excellent! L’ambiance, la bouffe, les cocktails, le service tous excellent! Je recommande fortement 🤩
