We were visiting from out of town and chose this restaurant to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday. The atmosphere was lovely, and our server was friendly and attentive. We were a little disappointed that they didn’t offer a standard margarita, but the food was good, and the thoughtful birthday dessert was a very nice touch.
We were really pleased with the exceptional service, the vibrant atmosphere and the dishes we had were very creative! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Quebec City!
Had an excellent dinner at Chez Bouley. The cozy atmosphere enhanced the very yummy food. The birch smoked fish appetizer and the duck carpaccio appetizer were both really good! For dinner I had the halibut and my husband enjoyed the beef cheeks. Both were well prepared and so tasty. If you are in Quebec City I highly recommend a visit. Busy place so make reservations.
