We were two young black girls who just wanted to dine in this (what seemed to be) a very good restaurant. We tried to dine in the Friday evening and as soon as we walked in, the owner did big signs telling us no without even coming to talk to us. There were plenty of free tables and the restaurant closed at 10pm, it was only 9pm. We then thought that the kitchen was already closed so we decided to try again the next evening which was on the Saturday and decided to come early, at 8pm this time. We entered and immediately he came to us and told us that they don’t serve no more. It was only 8pm and there were plenty of free tables. We were absolutely shocked by this very not welcoming restaurant and definitely the owner wasn’t welcoming neither, at all !!!! We don’t know if it was because of our skin color but we can only assume, since I saw another review saying that the owner was more welcoming with Caucasians people. Absolutely disgusting in 2025 !!!!!

BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT!!!! My family and I walked in and asked if they have any seating. The owner or a guy who is acting as the owner rudely yells, NO ROOM, GET OUT! Pointing to the door. Wow, unbelievable service. Guess business is that good that the owner doesn't card about turning away customers and receiving bad reviews. Will never recommend a place like this regardless of how the food is. Customers beware!!!!!! We ended going to Wongs, so friendly, clean and tasty! Chez-soi la Chine, thank you for showing your true un-canadian colors.

There were only 2 people dining when I walked in on a Saturday evening, my wife asked me to grab takeout and wanted sesame chicken with lo mein. The person who "greeted" me appeared to the owner- he said he had never heard of sesame chicken or lo mein- he stated "this is Quebec, not America." I realize I'm in Canada and I don't speak French, but that was a little surprising and offputting. Didn't need the attitude and the prices seemed high anyways. I walked out.

The food is super delicious and the service is excellent! I loved everything, the flavors are fantastic. I recommend it a thousand times! They are super nice and very clean. Prices are reasonable for the portions, it's not expensive.
Portion much too small for the price. $25 for a small plate of general tao and not even rice included.

Nice little place. Cosy and warm. It feels like you're coming in like it's your family, very welcome. You have to not be in a hurry if you go there, the wait is a bit long, but the service and the food is too good for this to make it a bad experience. Can be pricey in my opinion, that entrée as multiples hors d'oeuvres at 7.95$ for 2 wontons, 1 wing, one chicken leg and 1 spring roll (all very small, may I add). The prices for the main courses are actually good just not that one. I recommend if you're looking for Chinese food!
