Very good place to meet friends. Perhaps a little touch of excellence is needed to complete it: faded salad, inaccurate price between the menu and invoicing, syntax error on the daily menu and validation of the parking ticket which does not work. Despite this, we had a lovely evening there.
Have not been to Quebec City in a long time. I decided to stay close to my hotel. The burgers were fresh and well made. Poutine was good. It is hard to find good locations while on the road, but at the very least a good meal was served

Went to Chez Victor for a Poutine and was not disappointed. The service from the waiter was excellent and the burger (Le Classique) with Poutine was both tasty and extremely filling. I almost could not finish it I was so full.
If you are looking for poutine, or burgers then I recommend you try this place out.
