Very good place to meet friends. Perhaps a little touch of excellence is needed to complete it: faded salad, inaccurate price between the menu and invoicing, syntax error on the daily menu and validation of the parking ticket which does not work. Despite this, we had a lovely evening there.

Have not been to Quebec City in a long time. I decided to stay close to my hotel. The burgers were fresh and well made. Poutine was good. It is hard to find good locations while on the road, but at the very least a good meal was served

Went to Chez Victor for a Poutine and was not disappointed. The service from the waiter was excellent and the burger (Le Classique) with Poutine was both tasty and extremely filling. I almost could not finish it I was so full.
If you are looking for poutine, or burgers then I recommend you try this place out.

What a magnificent discovery this evening, a little gem on Laurier Boulevard! Relaxed, cozy atmosphere, beautiful and simple decoration. It feels like home, the food is comforting. Thanks to Julien for the suggestions. The lights dimmed, it's like a neighborhood bistro with an owner who pays attention to the customers. The best poutine in Quebec, I opted for the half and half on the sauce side (BBQ sauce and brown sauce). Seasoned to perfection, very tasty! Fries cooked as they should. As for the main course, the smoked meat club. Really something! Homemade mayo that makes all the difference. For a choice of quality meals, with regional ingredients at an affordable price, this is the place to go

I went to Victor's for take-out because it was only a 2 minute drive from the hotel I was staying at, and I had chosen this place because of its excellent reviews. I opted for the classic burger with fries and hot sauce. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that while my burger was hot, the fries were cold, quite a strange scenario. I ended up adding salt, pepper, and more hot sauce to the burger to enhance the flavor. The quality of the ingredients was there, but I'm not sure this restaurant is used to doing takeout. As I was at the hotel I had to ask for ketchup, napkins, salt and pepper as none of these were provided with my order. I liked the hot sauce and even cold fries all the same
