Chika Ramen Express

Service was good. I was anticipating authentic ramen experience/taste based on majority of 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I live in a city where ramen places are ubiquitous. The menu is overpriced for its subpar quality. Moreover, the chicken karage is also suspicious.

We ordered two bowls of Tonkotsu (with Chashu pork) and an order of Kimchi thru uber eats. The broth and meat were delicious, and the eggs were PERFECTLY cooked. The noodles were very stuck together and I made a bit of a mess trying to break them apart and decided to say screw it and just picked up the whole ball of them and chew through it. Interestingly, they didn't send chopsticks with the order, and we had no chopsticks at our airbnb, and it turns out I have no idea how to eat ramen with a fork and spoon...

The shop is very nice and warm, it make me calm, also the ramen outside is so cute and creative!!! And service is fabulous and amazing , the staff is being very nice to the little kids I love it!!💕💕keep up the good work

Best japanese food in Québec, food was served almost quickly, and it was in a good mood, the only problem was the dining room that was little bit smal, but it okay since brahim and the team work were in good harmony.

WAOUH ! I’m from Montreal and never had such a good ramen soup !! Also Brahim’s service and vibes were a top nuch that normally belongs to high end restaurants !!!
Can’t wait to come back to Quebec City and come enjoy a nice, warm soup and enjoy the nice company of the services.
