The ice cream would be amazing if it wasn't for the wooden spoon ruining the whole experience.
Went there a second time and they had no ice cream. How do you operate an ice cream shop without ice cream or at least a quick way to refill? This is like taking down prod and telling your customers to just come back tomorrow. They'll just get a better service elsewhere.
More vanilla soft serve ice cream at 3:15. The restaurant closes at 9 a.m. In addition, they switched to wooden spoons, which give a disgusting taste to the ice cream.

Portion of Gelato too small, even ridiculous! The mango tastes weird. No vanilla ice cream, only chocolate or raspberry. The chocolate one was so soft it was disgusting everywhere we ate it inside, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience!

My recent experience with your ice cream product was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite requesting an extra-large three-scoop serving, I received a significantly smaller portion than anticipated. Furthermore, the quality of the ice cream itself was severely lacking, with a watery taste that fell far short of my expectations.
