Ordered the caramel brownie sundae and quickly realized after receiving the order there were peanuts all over the sundae. Photo of item on menu was not clear and there was no mention of peanuts on the menu at all. When I went up to the cashier to ask for either a refund or a new order because of the mishap of the menu not showing the peanuts clearly, they said “No because you should know there are peanuts on it.” As someone who has never been to the store, and the menu not saying that there are peanuts, how am I supposed to know. And then the cashier was extremely rude and even asked rudely “you didn’t know you were allergic?”. Entire store was dirty and bathroom was disgusting. Do not recommend. Will never be back.

Chocolato is very chocolatey & sugary,so diabetes stay away.If You have a sweet tooth though,I Recommend you to visit it & you'll Be hooked therafter.

Gloomy atmosphere. Don't want to go back, cold waffle. Change jobs if your job doesn't suit you. Customers enter and exit immediately. When I went there, two people entered and both came out immediately. The gloomy atmosphere must play a part. Too bad, because it’s a beautiful location.
