Dec2024 Cold winters is the perfect weather for this shop that is all about chocolates.

I love the way that you can customize and pick from different types, mixtures and levels of choclate. The gift and store is also a dizzying collection that will take some time to go through.

The counter service us friendly and much used to tourists.

The place is fun filled and decorated with lots of memorabilla and displays.

Definitely a family venue as well as a place for friends and all types of customers who love this addicting bean.

Toilet and public wifi is accessible.

I'm honestly very disappointed. I went there and had to take my 3rd choice since they were out of the first two products. Then the big boy who served me was very stupid, no smile and I think he had consumed something. He made a mistake in my order so I asked him very kindly if he could make it again and he replied stupidly judging my tastes and he gave me my order without saying anything/no smile in short very beast. So I went out thinking I had the right thing in the end it wasn't. When you go to a place like this where you consume quality products that are relatively expensive, you also expect to receive good service and that was not the case, so I am hugely disappointed. For me, service plays a big role in the customer base and the appearance of a business.

It's not my habit to leave a bad comment but following the poor service I had to share my experience.

Once I arrived at the counter for fine chocolates at $2.99 ​​each, I politely waited next to the counter for more than 10 minutes without receiving a response from the employees. I then go into the queue with the list of chocolates and after waiting for my turn again, the first thing the cashier does is take the list out of my hands. I take the list again and start listing my choices. The cashier doesn't listen to me, so I choose to leave, seeing one of the worst services I've seen in a long time.

Chocolate heaven. Their chocolate is very crisp and the filling is delicious. I ordered their caramel chocolate and hazelnut praline and each was super delicious.
The chocolate literally snaps when you bite it and the filling if it's runny like caramel with hit you so be ready. Each costs CAD$1.99 but you save a bit the more you buy.

Best chocolate dipped ice cream I've ever had. Real chocolate dip in milk or dark . Generous sizes . Thank goodness I don't live in Quebec, I can't pass this place without getting another

Parking: No many street parking available, during the day is very difficult to find parking.
