Fast and error-free service on our part. Chocolate shop a little small to get around and very few tables to welcome their customers. On the other hand, good chocolate, ice cream yum! Service leaves something to be desired... You quickly become a number to serve. I prefer the service of another Choco Fav :)! But thanks anyway. Nice visit. Difficult and paid parking in some places.

Love the chocolate-dipping ice cream, especially the orange flavour. A lot of selection for chocolate dippings, and friendly staff. Tend to get crowded during summer times, long wait, but it is worth it!

The ice creams are so good, with a good choice of chocolates or caramels! Their products are quality, I love them! Chocolate, sweet poutine, their waffle and their brownie are to die for! Then the decor is nice, it's always nice to watch the staff make ice cream :)The staff is very welcoming and friendly with children

Very good chocolate dip ice cream. I was surprise to be served by the CEO of Chocolat Favoris few days before Easter. The Easter chocolate was very good. You must taste it if never did.

Forgot how amazing this place is after trying it back in 2007. In October 2023 had the chance to try the Hot chocolate which you can choose up to 2 flavors (Recommend trying just one flavor to really savor a specific one) the chocolate shake (frappe) was so good. Chose the caramel flavor and it was heavenly! Enjoyed it more than the hot chocolate. Next time will try the ice cappuccino!

Always a good selection and a very polite seller who helped me with my selection of cakes. Thank you very much for the pleasant service! ?

GET IN LINE! There's always a line here. It it's so worth it. Choose your soft-serve and topping and get ready to feed your inner chocoholic! We got chocolate ice cream with milk (she) and dark (he) chocolate topping. By he time we found a bench outside he topping had crusted over so we had to chip our way to the ice cream below (a challenge we accepted with relish... or at least with chocolate). Don't be shy about getting the "bebé" size if you just finished dinner, you get all the effect and you will be able to walk home!

Great chocolates and a very helpful staff

Omg the ice cream cones are crazy. They dip them in their fondue of your choice of flavour and top them off with your choice of toppings. Really delicious and filling.

This is the best ice cream cone I have ever had. You will not be disappointed coming here.

Nice place to go when Glacier Aberdeen is too full.

Yummy. Hard to choose and a bit hard to eat with the very hard dipped coating. Long lines but moves quickly. On the pricey side.

I would DIE FOR THIS ICE CREAM. If I lived in a city that had this chain, I would be in deep trouble because I would want it every day. Chocolats Favoris is not unique. In fact, there are plenty of places that serve dipped soft-serve cones in Quebec City. However, this one has the privilege of being on a very busy street, so you get to sit and eat dinner while watching dozens of people walking by with these cones... making it impossible to pass up on your way home. I am making sure to write a review so I can refer back to this when I return to Canada and seek out this true heaven on earth. What do you need to know? I recommend vanilla soft-serve with the original dark chocolate dip. You can get various sizes, including bebe (tiny baby cone), and while that name was funny, we regretted getting a bebe because we wanted more gluttony that night. This is not the place where you get a baby cone. Ok, anyway, there are lots of dip flavors to choose from. I'm a purist, and love a good dark chocolate. Their extra dark chocolate was a little too dark for me (my fiance tried that one), but still tasty. They also have weird dips like cotton candy and seemingly delicious things like chocolate hazelnut. I didn't get a chance to try those. But the original dark was chef's kiss. The dip is thick (none of this thin Dairy Queen dip BS that we stupid Americans are used to), and the perfect counterpoint to the ice cream. This is going to be a messy endeavor. Maybe don't wear white like I did. Get the ice cream every time. Wait in the line. It's worth it. You're welcome. Canada, I miss you.
