Very generous, excellent Korean street food. Not to be envied by the Montrealers with their many Korean restaurants, authentic Ttoekbokki recipe, the flavors are there, Korean chicken juicy and crunchy as supposed, and the crunchy and melting kogo inside tried.

I ordered online directly from the website, like previous times. We ask for a tip in advance, which I always find questionable, but as usual it's ready by the time I arrive, so I'm happy to give it. Once arrived at the restaurant (Beauport), the order was not ready on the pretext that their tablet was broken and they were not receiving online orders. No indication on the site, no compensation for the problem. I had to wait a good 15 additional minutes before finally getting my order which normally should have been ready when I arrived. The employee waited until she gave me the order to prepare the sauces and told me that one of the ones I wanted was no longer available. So I waited again for her to go get some more from the back. Clearly, it's not what it used to be. I don't know if it's the addition of other items to the menu other than pogos or inadequate management, but it was definitely disappointing.

A quick tour of the dining room, wiping a cloth over the tables and chairs is a minimum. Messy. The floor was almost dangerous because there was so much grease on the ground. We took takeaway because the place was heartwarming.

We were regulars at this restaurant although we found a long piece of plastic inside one of the Kogos. We understand that an error can happen. We report everything to the owner so that he can educate these employees to be more careful.
On the other hand, the last time we went there, they had a little girl there. The lady took our order, however, she realized she was out of dough. So she offered customers to take what was left or they would have nothing.
When I got there, she told me that there was nothing left, and that I had to wait for the owner for a refund. I had already been waiting for 40 minutes.
The employee made it clear to me that I was disturbing her and that I was not welcome. She didn't understand why I wasn't happy about having to spend my Friday evening waiting for the boss to get my money because they weren't able to honor the orders they took.
The owner finally arrived, after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting. He reimbursed me without speaking to me or looking at me.
I didn't make a scene, I pointed out the problem to the head office and I never set foot in that restaurant again.
They offered to redo for free the $60 order that we had placed and never received. I do not want to encourage a restaurant that does not respect its customers, so we refused.

I have been there several times before and today I am going back (after winter) and I see that everything has changed… The menu is completely different (negatively), it is more expensive, the portions are more small, the dough is not cooked enough and I did not receive what I wanted. Really disappointed…
