We were seeking drinks and decide to pop into the Capitole Hotel. We saw the hotel earlier. Wow! The Clubby Bar is on the 6th floor. Plus it has outside private balconies with awesome views of Old Quebec. Good bartender and good drinks. It was a great finale to our.
