We actually waited here after checking out of our hotel room, for our train. Hence, its location is perfect as it's right across Gare du Palais. We ended up staying for the amazing coffee, acai bowls and the Buddha wrap. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was peaceful. Perfect if you want to work, chill or wait for the train.

What a wonderful little gem of a place. Everything from the freshness of the food, to the way it's presented, is perfect. Even the names of the Acai bowls are unique and fun. Go hungry and thirsty and you won't regret it.

Excellent smoothie and yogurt bowls. They will customize them to your liking or dietary needs. Toppings and portions are generous. Prices are fair and atmosphere is pleasing.

I mean the minute you step here , all your worries disappear! I loved the stuff and how well it is decorated! Coffee is good as well and they accommodate dairy free options!

We had a lovely time today at Concept Bala. We tried their Mango Banana Matcha Acai bowl, Mocha and the Buddha wrap. Everything was great but the icing on the cake was the ambiance and the vibe. Definitely a must visit for anyone looking for a serene cafe.

I couldn’t have asked for a healthier breakfast option in such a peaceful, charming spot, tucked away from the hustle of Québec City's tourist zone. The space is beautifully decorated, with unique artifacts available for purchase. Upon arrival, you're asked to remove your boots and wear slippers (not sure if this applies year-round). There are six vegan Acai bowl combinations to choose from, along with small wrap and sandwiche. The coffee is exceptional.

This is a wonderful concept! I tried two different types of tisanes, and they were among the best I've ever had. The ambiance is relaxing, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea, meditate, or even play some of their board/meditation games. The staff are friendly, and it's conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to visit if you're catching a train.

Hidden gem ... Definitely recommend the acai bowl and matcha latte. The atmosphere is so relaxing and cozy, in the winter everyone leaves their shoes by the door and slippers are provided. I first discovered on Google maps and then happened to walk by and ducked in to warm up. Hope to return!

Very cool concept! Good introduction to concept spaces within Quebec City! Very good croissant. Coffee is pretty floral and mid but a very nice space and atmosphere!
