James and Rebecca’s crêperie is an absolute delight! With mouthwatering crêpes, rich coffee, and an incredible selection of teas, every bite and sip is pure bliss! If you’re in Québec City, this gem is a must-visit for an unforgettable experience!

Lovely place to grab a crêpe. Salty and or sweet, they have both. My partner and I had 2 mega fruit crêpes with 2 beverages for about $45.

Kid-friendliness: The owners has a kid. He's super sweet and is a social butterfly.

4 pancakes and 4 chocolates for a total of 90 dollars, that already raises questions. But 1.5 hours of waiting for unpleasant service is unacceptable. A tourist trap to avoid.

**To be absolutely avoided!**
I regret not having looked at the reviews before going there. We ordered a waffle, a cappuccino, churros and a hot chocolate. The waffle was small for the price, and obviously reheated. The cappuccino and hot chocolate came from a poor quality machine, and the hot chocolate was bland and cold. As for the churros, they were not prepared on site as I imagined, but simply reheated.

The atmosphere also left something to be desired: no music, a heavy silence worthy of a library. Additionally, the service was deplorable. The employee seemed unhappy, did not smile and barely answered questions.

In the end, over $30 spent for a disappointing experience. I will not return and do not recommend this establishment.

TO AVOID!!
I have never been so disappointed by a restaurant like this! I regret not having consulted the reviews before going there!

We ordered a waffle, a cappuccino, churros and a hot chocolate, the waffle is tiny for the price, plus it’s reheated! The cappuccino and hot chocolate are made using a machine like those found in hospitals, the hot chocolate was tasteless, and cold, I asked for it to be made again because my son was cold! The churros are not cooked on site as I would have thought but reheated too. No music or atmosphere, there was a silence that felt like a library, no toilets, and the service leaves something to be desired. The employee did not seem happy to work that day, no smile, barely answering our questions, service leaves something to be desired. $30 + tip thrown out the window!! I wouldn't go back and I don't encourage you to go!

Crepes were terrible. Would not recommend. They charge extra for tap water and paper plate.

For the love of all things holy please don’t waste your time and money! The “churros” are frozen and toasted when you order them. The last word I would use to describe this food is fresh. They are dry, dead sticks that are closer in texture to beef jerky than actual churros. Beyond this, they only gave me 5 instead of 6. I didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes so I just took it and left. I didn’t even bother eating them. I took one bite and threw the rest in the garbage.

The best part is that there was a line all the way out the door yet the only worker was sweeping. I assumed that food was cooking (or rather being microwaved) but no. He just didn’t feel like taking the orders then.

I ended up instead at Pub St. Alexander. The food came out in 5 minutes and they were straight out of the fryer… SO FRESH. They do things right! Please don’t bother with Crêperie et Cie, it will ruin your day, just like mine.

This place is absolutely abysmal. Not only were the staff rude and uninterested, sweeping the floor rather than serving the numerous customers waiting to order, they also way over charged for food that is terrible. I ended up paying 30 dollars for 18 churros that were just warmed up in a toaster. I genuinely don’t know if I’ve ever wasted my money in a more disappointing way than this.

Really bad! Churros are outrageously expensive. They were dry and tasteless, and we watched them put pre-cooked churros into a toaster lol. Even if we didn’t see it, they certainly tasted reheated. On top of that, the service was abysmal, took us 20 minutes of standing in line while the one person working swept the floor. Anyway, don’t go here if you want a nice treat. Also 0 gluten free options no matter what people might say.

This is definitely a recommended crepe shop in Quebec City! The crepes here are really delicious and the menu has a wide variety, so you're sure to be satisfied no matter what you order. Both the sweet and savory crepes are made with fresh ingredients and look and taste perfect. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is casual and calm, so you can enjoy your meal while relaxing with friends and family. If you're in Quebec, be sure to stop by!
