So happy to finally have a Dixie Lee in Quebec, and even more so in Charlesbourg! The quality of their fried chicken is always there, and it’s a real blessing to be able to enjoy it close to home. That said, I find that their notoriety could still grow, and I would like to offer them an idea to increase their visibility while reducing waste.
I think they might consider joining Too Good To Go, a great app that allows merchants to sell their unsold items at discounted prices at the end of the day. This could not only allow them to better manage products that may not be sold, but also attract customers who are looking for anti-waste alternatives while discovering their delicious menu.
I am confident that this could not only strengthen their presence in the community, but also expand their customer base. Hope you will consider this idea, and thank you for your excellent service! 🙂

Je suis habituée de manger des fish & chips aux Îles de la Madeleine donc j'étais vraiment contente quand il a ouvert à Québec. Par contre, ce n'est pas du tout pareil! J'ai eu des rouleaux de poisson, vraiment pas bons! Je pensais que c'était les mêmes recettes partout. Et la salade ne goûte pas pareil non plus. Je n'irai plus, malheureusement
The chicken was dry and very tough. The chicken burger buns were completely wet and it was embarrassing to see that the chicken inside the burgers was so small.
Honestly for the price I recommend going elsewhere. It's so expensive to go to restaurants, don't bother spending your money here.

The chicken is very good. Unfortunately I received the wrong order for takeout. It was late so I didn't bother going back to the restaurant since I'm more than 20 minutes from the branch.
I came back the next day with my order number (#11200876) intending to get a refund but was told I should have called that evening.
I am rather disappointed with this first experience and I really hesitate to return there one day.

My partner chose the chicken and I the fish. The food was good, very nice atmosphere, very nice, large and clean restaurant and the service was impeccable. After paying for the order, they give us an electronic tablet which notifies us by vibrating when the order is ready to collect at the counter. We really like this restaurant and come there every time we are in the area. I highly recommend to fried chicken lovers.

AVOID!!!! probably the worst snack in QC!!! Delivery: the food arrives cold, the club sandwich all crushed under fries, brown chicken even though we paid for white. Chicken fillet with soft and tasteless breading. Pay extra to replace the fries with onion rings: you only receive 7 rings, just as bad as the fillets. Absolutely disgusting, don't waste your money and eat elsewhere!
