The waitress never came to take our order, it took 1 hour before we got our food and the waitress never came back to see us

We recently visited the place and when we were ordering beer the bartender insisted and reminded us to add a tip even or else he said he got the right to take the drink back from our hand and pour it out in the sink. It felt threatening and rude although we were planning on adding a tip in the first place. It was very disrespectful for me as a customer to hear that and it leaves a bitter experience for going back this place. I told him that he can't do that since that is not how service is supposed to be and he kept arguing that it's not a written rule and he said he has every right to do it. the DJ plays good music on the weekends, during the week it's quieter. For food there is a lot of choice, you must arrive before 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in general
