Affordable prices, really good food, excellent service. No photo, we ate our meals way too quickly.

Disappointed at best. We were excited to get out on Christmas night to enjoy some drinks and food. We stumbled upon this restaurant and figured we would give it a try. That was our first mistake. We sat at the bar where the bartender was acting erratic. He was not friendly nor was he interested in serving us. We had ordered a drink and quickly changed our mind and asked to change the drink only for him to say, "No, its already put in the system." It literally was a glass of wine. The couple next to us ran into the same issue when ordering food and he had no issue changing their order. The steak was legitimately the worst I have ever had. It was pure rubber to the point I couldn't even cut it. When I pointed this out to the bartender he just picked up my plate and walked away. It was bizarre. He was burping non-stop at the bar which made things that much more unpleasant and that was in addition to fruit flies sitting on glasses that beer was being poured into. Eventually some other waiter came over and handed us our bill. The bartender who was at the bar just disappeared and we didn't see him again. The whole experience was disappointing as we went into it with high hopes. It was the first time in my life that I sent back food and didn't leave a tip. Avoid this place at all costs as there's way better option to choose from.

This place was great! First night in Quebec City we ate here and came 3 more times specifically for their onion soup!!! Sooooooo good! We also had their coconut curry chicken, poutine, and the maple pie; all very yummy! We were a party of 2 and each time we came we didn’t have to wait long (10 min max), and we sat in the bar area. Even on Christmas Eve they sat us quickly. I did notice for larger parties it did seem like reservations were best.

The location is very good, the receptionist welcomed us and treated us very well (we speak Spanish), the waitress was a disaster from the moment she arrived. He took the order and never asked us if we wanted something to drink. He forgot to order my food, another waiter brought us the drinks, while my son and my wife were eating I asked him for water and he served it to me in the same glass that had the soda.

On the menu they say the Lamp pie is for two people and cost 57 bucks, but it is actually very small as shown in picture, not even as large as a single person plate that costs around 30. I don't usually eat a lot, but I finished it on my own and I'm not full. Both the waitress and the manager are stubborn saying that such a small plate is for two people in "Quebec's air" as he recognizes me as an asian. However, I've never seen such restaurant in Montreal and I've lived there for 7 years. This is fraud and racist to me, it's not reasonable and not acceptable.

Great location and ambiance! The steak was chewy despite being medium rare, and the fish and chips were a bit oily. Fries lacked crispiness and didn’t taste fresh. Overall, an okay experience.

It was close to closing, so this review is based on those circumstances. Staff dragged garbage bags past us while we were still eating. Eww. It was obvious the staff person who took our order was not happy to see us.

Super friendly restaurant! We were in a rush, so we got reserved and finished in like 45 min.

Great seafood! Unfortunately, they don’t have seafood paella anymore, but the chowder and linguine are fantastic :) Although we didn’t have any drink, there seems to be plenty selection at the bar. Great vibe as well!
