Overall it was great. The freshness of the fish was delicious! All the sushis were flavorful! The only thing I would say is that the service took a while, we waited an hour for our plates, but that's because they had some take out orders. I understand but I was a bit too long in my opinion. I was visiting Quebec City for a few days, and wanted to get sushi for dinner. I looked up availability for the evening, and there were tables available for 8:30, 8:45, and 9:00 pm (restaurant closes at 10). I ended up not booking, assuming there is probably space. We walked all the way from our hotel there, and when we got there at exactly 8:46, the hostess refused to let us dine, saying that they won’t wait a whole hour to dine us if there are not that many people in (there were still 2 tables with several people eating there). Very disappointing and poor customer service. Since when is it okay to turn down customers an hour and 15 minutes prior to closing time?

Really delicious, worth discovering!!! We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary and decided to try the 5 course. Each dish is delicious as well as the combination of sauces that accompany them. The variety presented and the pace at which the dishes are served is perfect. We also eat with our eyes because the presentation is perfect. I highly recommend!

We were celebrating our 14th anniversary as a couple and we were very well served. The shusi are very good with special sauce when you have the 5-course discovery meal. We took the soft-fleshed carb in addition.
