Wow!!! Just wow. My husband and I ordered a house cocktail to begin, and found that they were both not very strong. In fact, they tasted like juice. But, when the meal came WOW. we got the platter for 2, with the Mac and cheese side and absolutely loved it. We couldn’t even finish, we were so full. The beef brisket was so tender, the chicken strips were delicious and moist, and the ribs were fall off the bone. The Mac and cheese was very bland to our tasting but mixed with a piece of brisket was heaven. A must try when in Quebec City.

Such a gem of smoked bbq goodness, brisket and ribs were fork tender and delicious…this place should not be missed! Service was amazing, ambiance was perfect. We will be back for sure!
