I went to dinner this afternoon with my baby. I always have a poutine but I wanted to make a change and get the burger, the one with the smoked cheese. Halfway through my burger, I got a slight musty taste. So I looked at the burger but seeing nothing I said to myself maybe I'm wrong. I take another bite and immediately spit it out, it tasted EXTREMELY bad, pungent mold taste. So I take the time to go see the two guys present and I wait until no other customers are there so as not to make a scene. I tell them they should check their ingredients because it tastes like mold and I won't eat my burger. They just looked at me as if I didn't know what I was saying, the guy said to me "Well the bread is fresh from yesterday..." They really looked at me as if I didn't relate. I told them "well you should check it anyway, I'm telling you so that everything is ok for the next ones... I won't be able to eat my burger..." And they said nothing, they only told me look, a little lost. They should have either offered to do it again or refunded me. They didn't do anything. And as it turns out, I've been on the toilet for 1 hour with a case of food poisoning. These things can happen. But the customer service in a situation that clearly needed to be rectified was really crap. I'm angry that I paid $20+ tip to spend my evening sick. If only they had tried to rectify or apologized. I want to say that I never give negative reviews. I only have 5 star reviews on my profile. But there it was really flat.

Bon service, bonne proportion de fromage & des gros morceaux! La sauce est goûteuse.
Premier essai de la fromagerie Victoria. C'était une bouse! Les frites avaient été faites depuis 15 minutes au moins, elles étaient refroidies et fripées, la sauce était tiède en plus. Par dessus ça, la petite Poutine 12$ avant les taxes lol! Le fromage aurait été correct mais il était froid comme dans un fridge étant donné que rien n'était là pour l'aider..C'est quoi leur problème?!? C'est juste pas croyable de se foutre autant des gens. À 13,75$ tx incl, on peut tu faire nos frites quand on la commande et changer de frites quand ça fait 15 minutes qu'elles traînent. Et mettre la sauce dans un steampot qui la garde au chaud? Voyons donc!Si on m'appelle pas pour me donner deux poutines suite à ce commentaire (qui seraient faites avec un peu d'amour) , je jure de ne jamais y retourner.

I am giving 5 stars for the incredible service received today during my visit for dinner. Having celiac disease, I asked the employees if there was gluten in the sauce. I was told that the pepper sauce was gluten-free. Afterwards, they went to the kitchen to make sure the fries were cooked properly in a separate fryer. I was very pleasantly surprised by this attention and by the service provided!I'm from Mascouche... The next time I want a good poutine, I will go to your St-Jerome restaurant without hesitation!Thanks again ✌️
