The creations are very original and good. His background as a chemist appears. Still expensive, but that's to be expected for the guy. Very creative

The pastries had a delicate and sublime flavour, however next time I would prefer to support other local businesses that offer a more friendly and customer centric experience. The owner is unpleasant.

I loved the little pastries! This beautiful place does not make low-end and basic treats. Here we are talking about the cream on the cream! Artisanal pastries that explode in your mouth with every bite ♥️ it's true that the price is a little exorbitant but for the quality it's on the top! Very nice welcome and presentation of the little bites of gold, well explained! Thank you so much

Well-balanced and delicate desserts. We asked Mme Vidricaire to choose 3 desserts for us and everything was delicious. Our favorite was the lemon meringue dessert which had a clear and intense lemon taste. To fall!!!
Love the éclair, it was very delicious, very warm service too!
I contacted this location for information on a birthday cake. I was quickly redirected to the website. Only 3 choices are available and the lady was very rude and in a hurry on the phone to "return to other requests". I expected better, go elsewhere :) Service is key!
I returned in April 2023, the mille-feuille lacked a little taste. Prices have increased significantly, going from almost $7 to almost $9 per pastry over 1 year. The dessert was good but very expensive (Father's Day special). This pastry shop is very independent. It is not customers who dictate the choices offered. Some desserts have combinations of flavors that are worth trying. The owner is not the most friendly. As they say, it's an experience.
Best eclair I've found in Quebec. Pricy compared to some other places in town.

Fresh and original pastries! The choice is limited but this is understandable since the products are made the same day.A great welcome and advice.
For Valentine's Day, we chose the almond heart covered with 6 beautiful chouquettes with 3 different creamings. It was exquisite in all 3 different flavors.Too bad this little cake wasn't more colorful (red!) to mark Valentine's Day.But this is only an aesthetic comment! For me, the prices are justified, because the creation, the quality of the products, the freshness of the cakes, and above all the flavors justify the prices asked!I would like to highlight the excellent website of the Gaël Vidricaire patisserie... Finally, a site that is easy to consult!JCC
Quite simply in a class of its own. Their creations are among the best I have tasted, in my life (I'm 60 years old and I'm a foodie, so I can make a lot of comparisons!
Such a cute pastry/chocolate shop! I'm impressed by how artsy and delicious the sweets we bought that were. The owner was very friendly and patient, and if I could go back there to try out more selections, I would!
