An interesting take on a local ramen based on local ingredients.
The broth was good if not very hot. The noodles were springy and chewy as they should be, the eggs were flavorful and jammy as they should be, but the pork was a little strange being slightly sweet and unbalanced when compared to traditional ramen.
The dumplings were tasty and honestly my favorite part of this meal.
The location is very much a product of the student environment. Being surrounded by 4 major schools makes this a location where you could find almost anything to eat and is shared with a number of other restaurants like a food court.
It's not the cleanest area, but at least you can get a quick, albeit pricy meal.

This tastes nothing like ramen. Broth was nasty — cold, *sweet???* and diluted. Toppings did not belong in ramen (cheese curds?? Caramelized onions?? Spinach??), noodles are just plain wrong and meat also tasted weirdly sweet. Couldn’t finish it. Also way too expensive.

Trea good ramen, rich broths and perfect beef dumpling. I removed 1 star because the utensils were dirty. I had to discard 5 spoons before finding a clean one.
