I had barely swallowed my last sip of bubble tea when I was asked to leave my seat, because there was a line of people waiting to eat there. The waitress had us pay in advance to avoid a wait to pay... I think there was an implication that she didn't know about! I think staying 30 minutes to eat isn't too much? Then take the time to swallow and savor... It's important! This is the reason for my 3 stars. I liked the food, but I'm not sure it will be enough to go back ?

The general tao chicken is good but the owner abruptly kicked us out after 30 minutes because he wanted to leave the table for the next customers. We were finishing our bubble tea. Bad customer experience.

The best Viet spot in Quebec!! It's hard to find good, authentic restaurants here (unlike MTL or Toronto for example) but the Gao counter is really a place to discover - SO GOOD!
