First we went for breakfast and found hair in the buffet food. Then it was lunch and a piece of plastic in the food. They didn’t charge us for the meal, but the poor experience still stands.

First night was good, food took 2 hours though, server was AMAZING and recognized the issue and gave us a free dessert! over all it was worth the wait in the end.

Second night was worse, drinks came 10 mins after food, server was nowhere to be found, music was horribly loud. Ordered drinks & asked for the bill so we could take them to our room, the drink we got was not the same as it was last night (much smaller, no ice or cherry's and in different glass) Drinks came and bill was about 25 mins behind the drinks. Definitely a convenient spot but probably worth the effort to go somewhere else in the city.

Where do I even start? The service was really slow, and our server was over confident in their skills, to say the least: he took no notes, messed up our food and then proceeded to get gaslit by him, saying we were in the wrong? Just overall, it was overpriced, we were given the wrong food, nothing was well cooked... wouldn't be surprised if I had food poisoning tomorrow. If you're looking for a fancy restaurant, this isn't your place. However, the atmosphere was really great, to give them that.

Coming from a city with a very robust selection and quality of foods, this review is a bit challenging. The steak was cooked nicely and well seasoned. The veggies and fries that it came with were mediocre. Condiments come in plastic to-go containers. Wine selection is not to my personal liking. My server struggled with English. The highlights: the band playing is definitely worth coming back for. The manager, Dominic (?) Was super friendly, considerate and attentive. I may go back just simply to check out the more casual fare.

Service was not attentive, the live music was not great. The booth chairs are not comfortable or convenient, and there wasn’t a clean feeling throughout (the table was sticky). The food was also very slow to arrive. The nachos were very overcooked and the Ginger Poutine is a combination that probably shouldn’t exist.

Did you inflate the prices since it was Christmas Eve?

Frankly.....I regretted my meal when I saw the state of the vegetables (overcooked, soft and cold) on my plate

My entry was correct without more

The dessert at my table d'hôte at $75 was the same dessert offered unlimited in the children's menu....

What I regretted even more was when I saw the bill
It's embarrassing.....

Made reservations, when I arrived at the time, was advised the kitchen is not open. Sat at the bar for drinks until kitchen opened. Approached the hostess to obtain a table for dinner, a waitress stated they were fully booked and could not accommodate me. She was rude and did not listen to anything I said regarding the reservation. When I returned to the bar, the bartender said he could serve us food. Bartenders were great.

You are going to poison someone with your (half-empty) lunch buffet whose food is not kept at a safe temperature... A hotel in the south would serve that, and no one would eat it for fear of being sick.

Coffee, toast and hot ham were good.

We had reservations for December 25th. The Christmas table d’hôte was excellent. If you don't have a party planned, it's the ideal place to celebrate. A singer entertained the evening

We had reservations for our Christmas Eve dinner. What a disappointment!! Arriving at 7:15 p.m., we had the starter only 1h30 later and finally 2h later our server who was all very nice (Julien) told us that there was still going to be a long wait to get the main course... so we decided to stop the damage there and paid for the little we had consumed, that is to say $15 for a bowl with 4 small acras of shrimp without any decoration...... We can say that OUR Christmas Eve was ruined. Very disappointed.
