Made reservations, when I arrived at the time, was advised the kitchen is not open. Sat at the bar for drinks until kitchen opened. Approached the hostess to obtain a table for dinner, a waitress stated they were fully booked and could not accommodate me. She was rude and did not listen to anything I said regarding the reservation. When I returned to the bar, the bartender said he could serve us food. Bartenders were great.
We had reservations for December 25th. The Christmas table d’hôte was excellent. If you don't have a party planned, it's the ideal place to celebrate. A singer entertained the evening
Let’s just say the bartender was a great guy but he had no idea what he was doing. We were planning to order food but as soon as we ordered drinks and tried them, we decided not to take a chance and went elsewhere even though we were staying at the hotel attached to this bar. The only good thing about it is the location if you are staying at the Plaza Hotel. Otherwise I would not recommend.
