I went for 2 angus cheese bacon trios on December 12, 2024 and was very disappointed. In one of my 2 burgers, we wanted to have a garnish (harv sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickle) by removing the harv sauce, adding ketchup, garlic mayo and dijon mustard. The first time I went to pick up my order, the vegetables were missing. I came by a second time to correct everything, they replaced the burgers, fries and slices, BUT they had STILL forgotten the vegetables in the burger after making a detailed list of what I wanted inside. I've been there a few times and some employees are stupid at the drive-thru, no thank you, good evening, they give you the bag and close the window without saying a word. We are a long way from the time when Pascale and Donald were the owners. They have a lot of improvement to do before I go back.

Worst service ever. 45 minutes for 3 hamburgers as a trio and no one in front of us. Employees who look lost while looking at an order. We had to remind them that we had donuts too and they forgot to put the poutine in the bag. To be honest, the service was a real joke 😡!!!
