We visited this place with a group of friends and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. While the prices were generally reasonable, the food quality was average and the service was also fairly standard. Overall, it wasn’t a memorable experience for us, and it’s unlikely that we would choose this place again

Dinner for four, and only two of us had food we actually enjoyed but was nothing special. Moms shrimps were the tiniest i have ever seen, no flavor whatsoever. Service was barely there, so not attentive at all. We were looking forward to it but coming from Boston Ma we have had better attentive service in our city.

Exceptional ! We ate at the bar and lots of space to enjoy a cocktail & delish appetizer & main meal; relaxed & enjoyed and fun as the young man who tended bar was warm, friendly, fun & attentive & helpful ! He was also very creative with yummy drinks ! We will look forward to returning soon! Beautifully decorated outside and inside! We felt very much welcomed & comfortable in the atmosphere they provided.

From the main course I ordered the Tagliatelle Ai Funghi. It tasted really good. I came towards the end of the lunch hour, at that time there were not many people, and the service was fast. I didn’t not have to wait long to receive my food. Would definitely want to come back and try something new.

Unfotunately, the food was not gastronomic and tasteful. I would not recommend any pizza or apetizers, because we felt like every ingredient either came out directly from canned food or directly put on plate without spices or properly prepared.

Great food but server completely forgot about us for 25 minutes, no water no drinks nothing while eating our meal. We actually had to finally flag down another server and she was great attending to our needs until our server returned. Hotel Le Capitole customer service has been just as disappointing , our first trip to Quebec City and will definitely stay somewhere else next trip

The food was absolutely fantastic. We had the lamb ragu and osso buco. Maybe the best of eac of these dishes we've ever had. It is right in the heart of the city and has great energy and a great vibe. Our waiter started out strong with wine and food selections/options and once we placed our order he faded as quick. Pressed to find him to refill our wine (they keep your bottle chilled, not in a wine bucket at the table), dirty plates sat on the table for 10-15 minutes. He literally just disappeared and could not find him until we asked someone to find him to get our bill. The food made up mostly for the poor service and would still recommend because the food was that good.
