To date, it's the best sushi I've enjoyed in Québec City, with fresh, succulent cuts of fish and seafood and creatively constructed rolls. The Izakaya options we tried - tuna tataki and chicken katsu - were also delicious. The sake and dessert options are excellent, as was the service. Highly recommended!
We have been sushi lovers for over 30 years. Chef Phong's cuisine is exceptional. I highly recommend the tasting menu with wine pairing. You have to slightly ignore the atmosphere of the gourmet district, which is a bit noisy and generic. The service, although sometimes a little awkward, is very warm. We chose to have the omakase and it was delicious! The service is excellent and so is the food. The cocktails are also delicious! The nigiri are incredible, it's without a doubt the best sushi I've eaten in my life! It’s a great experience and we will return!
