La Korrigane - Brasserie artisanale

Stopped by this weekend- enjoyed the vibe and decor.
Husband got a flight of beer - selection was more European style beers whereas he is a big fan of hazy IPAs.
We also ordered the kimchi quail eggs which were just okay. Kimchi wasn’t quite right and liquid was very diluted.

Service was fine- just one server for the entire brewery and he was fairly attentive.

The male staff in a cap and glasses was very unwelcoming as soon as we entered around 6pm on Dec 7. The rest of the staff was fine. The place was not full but he sat us at a very odd table in the middle where we were in the way of the servers. Organization of the tables is a bit odd and not cozy at all. They didn’t have any sours in tap but had certain beers in bottles which they didn’t wanna open and serve but only had it to purchase and carry out - odd again. We might have gotten unlucky with the particular staff we got but it reflects badly on the business :(

For a brewery that has been open for many years, the beer was surprisingly bad. I did not finish either of the 2 beer I ordered. Poutine also was not good. Server was great and there is a nice atmosphere if you are seated in the front.

Great atmosphere and kind friendly people. Nice fresh brewed beers and good foods. The hotel staff recommended it to me, so I went there for the first time. I ordered a hamburger and salad, which was very filling and delicious. I liked it so much that I went there twice during my four-day stay.

This was a relaxed place with good vibes and friendly service. They were fine with us not speaking French, and the food was tasty. I had the chimichurri poutine, which was tasty but very salty, and my husband had the mac and cheese and said it was delicious. Drinks were reasonably priced, and we both had dessert which was very nice. Would recommend this place, especially if you want to feel comfortable and chilled.

Come for the drinks and great service! Out of the 4 dishes we got, only 1 was good. Most notably we do not recommend the nachos (I think they use shredded cheese curds which results in a very dry nacho that is unpleasant to eat), additionally the Mac n Cheese lacked any creaminess and was over powered with maple flavor. The chicken croquettes were the one standout with the spicy mayo!

Best vegan poutine in town in my opinion. They have other vegan options as a burger, ravioli, hummus, etc. Great service too.

This is a great place for any sort of drinks, if I lived here I would hang out here. We had Charles serving us and he was perfectly bilingual, I can't even tell what his mother tongue is. The food was served immediately, was hot and fresh and not some warmed up frozen crap. Go here, the beer is amazing, the food is excellent, the service is perfect.

Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Food is great as well as drinks.
Went after reading reviews. It’s not disappointed at all. Want to try beer donuts and will check it next time. Thanks all for what you have provided for others.
Staff takes time with customers and they work as a team to make sure everyone being taken care.
