La Korrigane - Brasserie artisanale

There was a decent number of vegan options. My partner and I had the poutine, it was really good! The portion size is okay. We especially liked the beer, and the spot has lots of games. Very friendly service too!

We went to Korrigane on a Saturday evening to enjoy a beer poutine.
We ordered a beer poutine and a vegan poutine (in which there was also beer), and what a pleasant surprise!
The vegan poutine had a truly unique taste, a well-prepared vegetarian dish, which doesn't try so much to imitate meat (especially since there was seitan in it, a mushroom with 75% protein!)
The beer poutine was also very good, although we preferred the vegan one.
The atmosphere was also not bad, the servers really friendly.

I love visiting breweries when I travel, and La Korrigane in Québec City was a fantastic find. Located in the lively Saint-Roch neighborhood, it has a cozy, welcoming vibe. The IPAs were a highlight—deliciously flavorful without being overly strong in alcohol. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the several great veggie options on the menu. Plus, my server was super friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you’re in Québec City, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

Very nice microbrewery with a great atmosphere, pleasant music and not too loud. The waitress was very nice.
The sharing platter was quite greasy and
my cocktail definitely lacked rum (the punch of the fields)

We still had a great time.

The chicken burger was very good, the tartare and the mac & cheese I have tasted really better ones. Our server was great and gave us great recommendations for beers. Good relaxed atmosphere and good platter to share.

La Croquemitaine our favorite. Personally I would have liked another pint but at 8.5% you abstain when you have to get behind the wheel 😉. The plates are generous and the service is excellent 👌. Only one small downside, the cod in the fish & chips was a little undercooked (only one of the two pieces being the larger) despite our request "well cooked".
We'll be back soon, that's for sure 😋

Great atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. The appetizers were great, a bit different yet really tasty. Enjoyed the beer flight. The burgers and salad were fresh and well portioned. The only improvement: less salt on the fries.

Vegetarian options: The full menu is small, yet there is a vegetarian option in each category.

I have a reservation for a group of people for my boyfriend's surprise party. I arrive there, and I tell the reception not to speak too loudly, that it's a surprise. First thing the girl does is say out loud ''oh yes, is it for the group at the back?''... Surprise ruined. The tartare was tasteless and the amaretto sour probably came from a can; really not great either. I was personally very disappointed, but fortunately my boyfriend was still able to have a great evening.

Nous sommes venu avec l'intention de prendre un verre le 23 novembre à 21h50. Déjà à la porte, la personne qui nous a accueilli était très bête. Nous avons quand même décidé de rester. Par contre, à 22h15, alors que personne n'était venu nous voir encore, nous avons décidé de quitter. Plusieurs serveurs sont passés près de nous sans nous regarder ou nous adresser la parole.
