Une brasserie artisanale avec des choix de bières originaux (aux cornichons !) et quelques options véganes dans le menu dont une poutine à la bière (avec du seitan grillé) et un bretzel au jalapeno. Bonne ambiance dans le restaurant
Great atmosphere and kind friendly people. Nice fresh brewed beers and good foods. The hotel staff recommended it to me, so I went there for the first time. I ordered a hamburger and salad, which was very filling and delicious. I liked it so much that I went there twice during my four-day stay.

Husband got a flight of beer - selection was more European style beers whereas he is a big fan of hazy IPAs.
We also ordered the kimchi quail eggs which were just okay. Kimchi wasn’t quite right and liquid was very diluted.
Service was fine- just one server for the entire brewery and he was fairly attentive.
