This creative menu/tasting menu is absolutely divine. Everything about it was so amazing, perfectly paired, and I loved the addition of the introduction of the raw ingredients in the container to show you from the start to the finish on the dish.
I also had the non-acoholic pairings and the cocktails were mind-blowing!
Fun Fact - they will be going into renovations starting at the end of February 2026, expanding the kitchen to allow for more of an open concept. This menu will be up now (Jan 2026) until they close for renovations.

We booked a New Year’s Day reservation at the end of November and ordered the tasting menu, which was fantastic. There were 6-7 small plates with a variety of fish, meat, pasta and vegetables and everything we had was incredible. There was also an option to add fresh oysters beforehand, which were absolutely delicious. It was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish, with excellent service, incredible food, and a romantic atmosphere. When we return to Quebec, we will definitely be back!

This is a must go to if you are in town! The service (Justine) was off the charts! She took great care of us to make sure everything was perfect.
