This is quite the dining experience! I’d recommend the tasting menu and wine pairing as the items are beautifully executed and very unique. Service was outstanding and everything was paced out perfectly. The only item we didn’t enjoy as much as the raw oysters to start before the meal. They were fresh and delicious, but the mung bean topping just didn’t work in our opinion. Otherwise, this is a must go for people wanting to experience something out of the ordinary.
Perhaps our palate was not accustomed to the ingredients of the 6 course tasting menu. For the $$$$$ price, this was disappointing to us. The portions were small, but getting all 6 courses, we left with appetites satiated. The bread & broth were good, as was the dessert; the rest of the courses, for the most part, had pleasant, savory flavors, but nothing stood out as excellent. The least favorite, which we ate little of, was the bison and a root vegetable. It tasted good,...
One of the best tasting menus and wine pairings I’ve done! Everything is thoroughly thought out with lots of attention paid to detail. Service was too notch as well (shout out to Charlotte)
