The bavette was very good, a bit expensive but definitely worth it.

Good restaurant in general but we won't go back. The menu is very nice except what is on the plate is very normal. Bone marrow overcooked, sweetbreads, the taste is spoiled by cooking and breading. Disappointing scallop shell. On the other hand, the flank steak is one of the best I have eaten. Excellent dessert. To eat good meat, Charbon remains my favorite in Quebec.

Everything is impeccable at La Bête! Our server is very friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional from starter to dessert. An experience that we all greatly appreciated.

Very very slow service, very haughty waiter bordering on arrogant towards us when we mentioned that the cooking was not good and the quality of the meat was really ordinary. It seems to me that in a steakhouse it is the basis of knowing how to cook properly... I really liked this restaurant but with this evening it is the last time that I will set foot in this really overrated restaurant. In short, $200 thrown out the window.

Seems to be the best steakhouse in Quebec. The attention to detail was impeccable on the grilled Caesar and oysters. But the 60 minute wait between removing our starter plates and the main course (a cowboy) is unacceptable. The steak arrived cold, the fries with parmesan cold. Obviously on the “pass” for a period, which seems inexplicable. They have a lot of staff to “walk” the plates. I'll try them another time during my next visit to Quebec, it seemed like a misstep. No matter the price paid (US$455), a medium rare steak served room temperature is probably not worthy of the place. And when they're spotless on my next visit, I'll leave a 5-star rating.

Excellent steakhouse! Super original to serve beef jerky instead of bread at the start of the service! Not only is their steak delicious, but their fish is tasty too. The service was good!
