Heads up - this place is closed until September 24th. Good for them on taking a summer break but sad for me. Wish they updated their hours on Google.

Stopped for a bottle of wine and some appetizers. What an exceptional place! Food, wine, and service was incredible. Etienne was wonderful. Wish we had more days in Quebec City to explore the entire menu.

We are very experienced travellers and food adventurers and frankly speaking this place is one of a kind, very unique and Michelins star worth boutique/restaurant!! We tried everything on its menu and there are no words to describe the festival of tastes we experienced!!! Highly recommend for visiting while in QC city!

This is a true neighbourhood gem.

Upon arrival in Quebec, where we stayed for the first time, we were eager to move away from the very touristic old town. Google recommended the Saint Jean Baptiste area.

By coincidence we found this restaurant which received a Michelin Bib Gourmand. It's truly how we like an evening out. Great food, excellent wines and staff who love there job. The owner was keen to recommend us the wines.

If just all restaurants could be like this!

Strongly recommend their food, small portions but the flavor is HUGEEEE. The staff was so nice and we had great wine to go with what we ordered. One of the best local restaurants in Quebec.

We were lucky to find a reservation at this place just 30 minutes before the reso time. We had no idea of what to expect and ended up having the best surprise ever! We had a great — and rare — Italian orange wine with duck ham (!!!), duck egg, duck hearts and tuna belly grilled ln charcoal. I have to say that the tuna was the star of the night. I’ve never tried something like this before and I’m in love. Thanks, Buvette Scott, for providing such good moments that will become heartwarming memories.

This place is cozy, nostalgic and full of heart. The staff here added to the charm - they were genuinely welcoming and took the time to walk us through the menu. They made thoughtful recommendations around my food allergies and explained how ingredients were sourced. I could tell that they really knew (and loved) the food that they were serving.
We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes that we ordered, and the oysters were the best I’ve had years. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

What a fantastic gem of a spot! I arrived at 9pm on a Thursday evening sans reservation, and they kindly accommodated me with a table outside. Service was so attentive and pleasant, and every item I ate was truly delicious and clearly made with love! I'll certainly return next time I'm in Quebec City!

Found a gem on a side street. A delicious assortment of choices. Not a place to eat if you are in a hurry. Relax, enjoy.

Excellent experience. Worth the hype and high regard. Lovely staff working crazy hard to ensure top quality food and service. The Gnudi was the standout dish for us, but everything was excellent.

Rude, condescending, and deceitful service. I have been to dozens of bib michelin restaurants around the world and this was by far the worst behavior of the staff I have encountered, period. Have no desire to come back or recommend it to anyone.

Probably one of my favorite dinner experiences ever! Alexandra recommended some fantastic wines to pair with the food we ordered. Lovely location too!

So much for Michelin gourmand… Only the shrimp dish out of the three we tried was decent. The beef tartar had potential except for the chewy bits. The swordfish dish recommended by the staff was simply a disaster. The fish is not grilled nor seared with a real off putting texture. Finally the service also felt forced and disingenuous.

This is one of those restaurants where you know going into it that it's going to be an AMAZING overall experience. We sat at the bar, which I highly recommend. I feel like it gave a more personalized, intimate experience! They really made us feel like we were dining with an old friend! Our server/bartender was amazing!! He paired wine suggestions perfectly with the various things we ordered, and he gave us a glass of this DELICIOUS wine that he went and got specially for us from their wine storage. They were also playing vinyl and having so much fun putting on different records, adding even more to the cool, fun, but cozy atmosphere. We ordered a bunch of different things, and everything was so well-crafted and perfectly executed. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the beef tartare. Definitely the best I've ever had. It was so tempting to try everything on the menu - and we almost did! This truly wasn't just *any* restaurant. This was an EXPERIENCE and one of the best ones at that. Buvette Scott, I will be back!!!

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.
