On December 19 (8 p.m.), during my visit the lady refused me a service 1 hour before closing, because she had already washed her machine and did not want to get it dirty... She was super stupid and didn't try at all to 'offer a service worthy of its work.

Une expérience regrettable! Nous avons demandé à l'employé de bien vouloir se laver les mains, car il avait touché une partie de son visage. Il s'est senti offusqué. Pourtant, nous étions courtois. Un manque de professionnalisme et de maturité malheureusement. Il paraissait désinvolte et embêté de nous repondre quant au saveur. En date du 22 mai 2024.

The server was unconsciously touching his nose (which is fine). I asked him if it were possible to wash his hands before serving us. He got upset and said he had just washed his hands 2 minutes ago. Then asked how we expected him to serve us without touching the cone (which was not the issue). I left.

I went twice in the space of a week and a half and once I was told that they only made soft ice cream and a float if I'm not mistaken it was there at 8:15 p.m. so I took nothing and returned and the 2nd time in a week and a half I ask him do you make swirls myself and I am told no I only make ice cream and float the same sentence/same person who workedI stopped by at 7:50 p.m. this time I stayed there for 1 hour and 10 minutes before closing. I understand that your machine takes a long time to clean but I refused the 2nd time to make a whirlwind and that the 2nd time his machine was very dirty and not cleaned he refused me Wasn't even there yet 8 p.m. it would have taken 1 minute to do itAnd clearly I won't recommend that people go there at 8 p.m. you just wouldn't make more money in my opinion because we can't take what we want at that time, which is a shame
