The staff is not friendly.Options are often missing, where are the vegan ice creams? Every time I come there is no pop available. And to top it all off... No ice cream?? We are at the Diperie and the main product is missing...The decadent cake was not particularly good and excessively expensive ($9.50 for a very small slice).Nothing is going right at this branch!

Very nice experience every time I go there. The staff is welcoming and serves their customers with a lovely smile. Me and my brother really like the place! :)

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is the 2nd time we have tried diperie on a duck pot and once again it is mediocre. We ordered a magic potion which was topped with only 8 unfortunate rock hard candies and a razzle which was basically a mcflurry but double the price. When you run out of simple recipes, it's time to reduce the menu or change your vocation. Damage.

doordash commandCalvary…. I already left a comment about a year ago and well I'm doing it again, there is seriously a problem with this business. I wanted to try again, to err is human, except for the diperie! ONCE AGAIN my slice of pie arrived frozen YES YES frozen!!!!! In terms of health, we have a winner. The other part is an imitation of tiramisu which smells musty (seriously I thought I was going to vomit from the smell, mascarpone is a cheese but a cheese with no odor at the base except for the diperie) and to finish... the biscuit dough very simple order, chocolate chips that's it bin no…. I had to receive Oreo, if I had wanted Oreo I would have ordered it????? $50 for that I'm really, really angry and it was my very last time.

Questionable hygiene, air conditioning that doesn't work... to ruin the appetite. Vegan option of cookie dough really not good and bubble tea quite ordinary. I will never go back there.

Bubble tea plus a milkshake the thing, filled with ice and bolt 5 bubbles for $9 with an extra bubble it's by far the worst shop to buy from last

My friend and I were curious to try Diperie, known for its ice cream and cheesecakes from the Cheesecake Factory. Arriving there, a stifling heat greeted us. No air conditioning or air circulation inside. The exterior doors are closed. The employees of Diperie and Valentine seem to share the tasks of the two businesses. They all wear Valentine uniforms. At reception, no employee seems permanently assigned to the creamery.A young man who does not wash his hands welcomes us. After taking our orders, he gets to work. He realizes halfway through that he is missing products to complete my order. He reimburses me for the cheesecake in cash since he can't reimburse my debit card. For my rather medium-sized milkshake, it costs me around $9 (gourmet coffee crisp). The taste is not very representative of this flavor. My friend orders a medium cone dipped in strawberry and it costs him $6.44. Instead of serving my friend, the employee starts cleaning a machine that is unrelated to what my friend ordered. I have time to finish my milkshake outside before he joins me outside. He is not impressed by the size of his cornet. In short, we don't think we'll go back.

Extremely long service, quantity of filling on donut very mediocre, chocolate as clear as water and again in mediocre quantity on ice cream, none of the cheesecake flavors displayed were available and expensive for what it is. 1st and last try.

People stick together for a distance that is not often respected. For the donuts we impose on you couplets of each for a quantity that we do not want at a high price per donut. Unfriendly checkout service with the young employee. Hygiene wise, the floor seems to be soiled with footprints which raise the taste. The youth music is loud which can be heard from outside and rather not appropriate for the neighborhood. Ice good but not more and rather expensive for the pot served. Disappointing. I won't go back there.

Terrible. 4 staff getting confused with 1 order. Everything tastes like corn syrup. Portion are way smaller than on the pictures. Very light on the garnish like 1 tablespoon on large servings.Do not recommend.

Very good. good price. Good portions and lots of flavor choices.

I paid $6 for a dipped ice cream and only received a few drops of chocolate. For the same price, I would have had a real ice cream dipped completely in my favorite chocolate. Very disapointed!!

Same staff as Valentine who makes the cones, so they were busy and it took a very long time to get served. I took a razzle (the equivalent of a mcflurry) and really disappointed, a vanilla cone would have been the same. No toppings, no taste.
