Ephemeral. The right crunch. Consistent and delicious gravy. I had the dulton, the slight char and crisp to the ground beef took it to the next level. Great seating at night, heat lamps. 10/10 would go again. Definitely recommend if you came by from a long car drive.

The poutine was amazing, anyway when the cheese goes "skouike skouike" half the job is done! the sauce was excellent and the fries too!The staff is very welcoming and smiling!
Nice place to come with your family however there are not many drinks on the menu except for a thousand and one slush and the Poutine was not the best the cheese was fresh the fries were slightly undercooked but the place and really beautiful however it is still quite expensive for example I got a 1.5 L bottle of water at the convenience store next door for the same price as the small bottle from the canteen

The poutine with BBQ sauce is amazing. For a gourmet snack, the poutine club sandwich is unbeatable (it's really for two people, a chance at $27!). Only downside they are often wrong and put the regular sauce which is rather bland even when you ask for BBQ. The staff is however very polite, courteous and helpful and they redid the order each time it happened.

First of all, there are excellent poutines. The Sloopy Joe is tasty and filled to perfection. The fries are cooked to perfection. Everything deserves 5 stars. Not to mention that the place is well kept and that it has a beautiful covered terrace as well as several picnic tables.The canteen is also very well located and offers a great view of the Cap-Rouge trail and close access to the St. Lawrence River.
