The waitress (who did an excellent job, but was alone) did her best to keep us waiting, but we had to ask for bread after an hour of waiting because we were starving. We were going to leave after 1:30, she apologized, explained that there were groups, etc., and offered us a discount. Finally our dishes arrived, it seemed like my schnitzel had been on the stove for a long time. Finally, we got 2 coupons of $5 off for the next visit and not a discount on our evening, which represents approximately 5% off our total bill. Let’s just say that it didn’t make me want to go back at all.

When I asked for the vegan menu, they gave me the intolerance menu (see picture) with meat on it ? I did find the vegan menu online. They have pizza with vegan cheese and bolognese spaghetti with PVT. They also had oat milk to make a london fog. Waiter was really nice and helpful. Nice place for a team lunch with omnivores?

The Fraicheur salad is offered as an appetizer or main course. It is excellent and refreshing! The service was perfect and fast.Small note, we showed up spontaneously without knowing that a single event was organized. We were assured that we could have a seat in a separate space to enjoy the meal anyway, but we were placed right in the center of the event. It was pretty awkward haha.

Bad experience tonight. We were a party of 7. We all had starters. For the majority of cases they were lukewarm.While for the main course 5 of us had to return our plates which were not hot enough.Finally, we all had desserts and/or coffees / digestive coffees. The coffees were forgotten for 2 of us and offered in take-out and quickly after that we were asked to pay the bills. We weren't close to closing, so we got the feeling that they couldn't wait for us to leave.For the three stages of the dinner, the synchronization of the dishes was not perfect. And the time between courses was very long.While the service was lacking. The staff who took care of us lacked experience and were not attentive enough to our dissatisfaction.Brief. We may give it another chance, but not in the short term. We are followers of the Piazzetta so we will go to another branch in the future.

Faithful to the Piazzetta. Not because I worked at the Charlesbourg branch as a cook 20 years ago, but because the products offered are of very good quality. I keep eating the same combo for all these years.The Beauce Salad with its maple syrup and 3 peppercorn vinaigrette. Oh! My god! How delicious she is.Followed by the Westphalia pizza, the ceps sauce used is simply divine.I have to restrain myself from eating it by the big spoon directly into the jar, you see…The staff is always pleasant, smiling and good conversationalist, very good service from the moment you arrive until the invoice.All the other comments here on the temperature… well I’ll explain what my friend… they are thin pizzas, in general it tends to cool faster than traditional style pizzas with a large crust. So, don't be swayed by these amateurs and dark tastes on this wonderful menu.The trick: Talk less, eat more before it gets cold.The pasta carbonara is very good too.If you are faithful like me. Apply for the loyalty card, you accumulate a minimum of 5% of your bills at the rate of ($1 Piazzetta = $1 CAD).There is also a terrace to enjoy the good weather and the sun with friends.So, there, you stop searching on google and you jump in your car direction, happiness in your mouth.
