What a charming restaurant! We knew we'd made the right choice for dinner as soon as we walked in because it smelled delicious and Caesar welcomed us in so warmly. I had pizza - delicious! - and my companions both had pasta, which they loved. We're going to go back before we go home so I can have the pasta and they can try the pizza. Also, we shared the lemon meringue for dessert, and we need to go back for more desserts - there was one in the case with caramel on it...
We had a great experience at La Pizz Place Royale in Old Quebec City. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, especially in the historic area of Place Royale, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable.
We ordered a Margherita pizza and a vegetarian pizza with feta. Both pizzas were made fresh and tasted very good. The ingredients were flavorful, and the combination of vegetables and feta on the vegetarian pizza was especially delicious.

After 2-3 hours of walking around Old Québec in –30°C weather, we tried at least five restaurants - all completely full.
Then we found La Pizz Place Royale, at the perfect moment.
We were a group of seven on a Friday night, without a reservation, and they still had space for us - which honestly saved our evening. We were so cold and exhausted that I needed a few minutes just to sit down and recover. The hot tea brought me back to life.
