My wife and teenage kids are here in Québec City on vacation from New Jersey. We were looking for a place to grab dessert and found this place. We like to play board games, so we gave it a shot.
I was concerned we wouldn't be able to play any because we cannot speak French (unfortunately). But, a friendly and knowledgeable staff member asked us the sort of games we play and recommend three in English, taught us the rules, and we dove right in.
The desserts were all excellent.
This was a different experience for us. There are few opportunities to play board games in restaurants/bars/cafes outside of scheduled meetups and dedicated game stores.
I'm glad we went and it was a nice and unexpected find.
