The service is really long. Omissions in our orders :/. Our facilitator was great, but for other "animators" it leaves a question of service, they have no one, ours is busy, we ask for advice on games and well no they can't answer us because they don't have our section!! Oo I understand but there are 3 of you talking together since tentot and ours is busy -_-....

But otherwise the promo of the month (I think) is worth it :) and the atmosphere in general is good

Saturday pm Restaurant crowded. Lots of waiting for the games, 45 minutes of waiting at the end of a game before we were offered something else. A bit long with 6 children.

Absent service... The waiters really don't come often and the people assigned to the games talk more with each other than with the customers... Really bad coffee and yet I'm a big coffee drinker, the nachos would be good but I would change the kind of salsa. As for the atmosphere, it's rather confusing but it's still pleasant.

First experience for us. The only thing I notice is the very very slow service. Had to go get our games ourselves and read the rules. The employees are busier chatting at reception. Luckily, an employee who was not attracted to our table was able to come and save the situation sometimes.

We were at the booth tables at the back, it was so hot when it was full, we didn't have any entertainment until 2 hours later, the food was cold. I liked my experiences in Beauport better

Kid-friendliness: The employees didn't know much about children's games and the opening is too late for the children, we would have played longer, we still consumed and our table was reserved.

I would like to share with you our experience at La Revanche last Saturday, March 15. We were a group of 11 people for a friend's birthday. First of all, it should be noted that the games experience was excellent, our host was perfect.

I would like to return to the customer service experience of our waitress. Our reservation was at 6 p.m. and we didn't get our food until 8 p.m., with errors. And my plate arrived 20 minutes after everyone else. A friend ordered 2 glasses of Diet Sprite and was given 2 regular Sprite without informing her that you were not on a diet. A friend ordered a rum and coke which arrived in 3 separate glasses, ice, rum and coke because the waitress didn't know how to give it to him. The service was bad, the food was cold and we were very disappointed with the attitude of the waitress.

Which is a shame because we liked the concept of the games, but unfortunately we won't be going back. It may be necessary to have knowledgeable and experienced employees for a busy Saturday evening

We received our food 1h30 after ordering, the food was terrible. Food and drink service was poor. In terms of the games offered, it was positive, they offered us well and explained the various games well.

Beautiful atmosphere, the concept is good and original and we had a good time playing as a family. On the other hand, long service (1 hour) to receive 1 starter and no plate, 2 hours to receive our main course...too expensive, $150 for 1 nachos, 3 poutines and 1 burger and 2 drinks..It was good but we found the portions small (miss poutines and nachos) compared to the price and lack of choice. No one came to see us to choose the games.. we got up a few times to go choose and later, a very friendly employee offered us a game that was super fun!! Overall, we had a great time.

Le service n'était pas tellement bon: plats et verres pas débarrassés, on a dû attendre longtemps pour commander un deuxième verre et plusieurs minutes d'attente quand des invités ont voulu avoir la facture. C'était trop bruyant et difficile de jouer ou de communiquer. La musique était clairement de trop. La nourriture était correcte, sans plus.
