Compersion. The opposite of jealousy. This is what you must practice to the other patrons. The server and chef make you feel like you are the only guests in their house. Then suddenly you look up and there are four other tables eating! What? There are other people here? I can't believe I hadn't written a review on this place before. I was providing a friend recommendations for Quebec City and suddenly thought about the food here. I visited about a year ago in May and this restaurant still lives rent free in my head. I went in with no expectations and no explanations on what this was.
