We loved the food, the Foie Gras with Mushrooms and the cucumber Panna Cotta were our favorites.
It was a little warm in the restaurant, that is the reason we rated a four for atmosphere.

Le 101 was great for the whole family…from our 3.5 year old toddler to her grandparents!
All the big folk had the 4-course menu, and each course was creative and impeccably prepared…. We all especially loved the lamb that was perfectly moist and tasty. And the tzatziki-inspired dessert was also such a neat blend of flavours.
Was our favourite meal during our week wandering around Quebec City!

This was a very enjoyable experience. The food consisted of quality products in well-executed preparations. While the dishes were creative, everything was well-grounded in established techniques and flavors. The chef was also very accommodating of our vegan diner who ate as well as anyone else. The wine selection was also of a high standard, appropriate for the meal.

Wonderful restaurant! The fixed menu took us in a delicious meal journey thru the Quebec region.
The dishes were not tiny. The lamb roll was quite larger than I've had expected, and even dessert included 3 items.
Needless to say, we were more than satisfied with the experience.

Wow! We’ve been to other first-rate restaurants in Quebec, including Légende a few times, but this was our favorite. The very kind wait staff accommodated us even though we had made the mistake of reserving for the guinguette in the back of the house, rather than for the main dining room. We enjoyed every part of the seven-course menu at 101, as well as the wine pairings. There was not a weak link in the series of plates. The foie gras with rhubarb was one of the most beautiful presentations I’ve ever seen, but our favorite dish was the “pre-dessert,” described as something between panna cotta and tzatziki, that was inspired by the chef’s knowledge of Tanzanian cuisine. The very kind wait staff accommodated us and explained everything to us in English. This is an out-of-the-way, unpretentious, unsnobby restaurant that is highly worth the trip.

We had the 4 course, paired dinner. It was delicious. Every course was worth a message to our family. The pairings were excellent and innovative. And the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

We went to dinner as a family and all had the 7 course. What an experience! It was a must see from start to finish.
We particularly appreciated the promotion of local products and the sommelier who charmed us with his passion.
I highly recommend for a couple or group outing

I arrived at this restaurant without much expectation. As soon as I arrived, before even realizing the beauty of the restaurant, I was greeted with kindness and seated at my table. Little did I know that I was going to discover my new favorite restaurant. Each plate was as succulent as it was beautiful. I never thought I would find a restaurant of this quality in the St-Roch district. The value for money is also a great asset of this restaurant.

A disconcerting culinary experience. A 7 course with completely exceptional pairings. From a completely sharp dry wine to a Quebec tasting beer to finish with a completely unusual mineral rosé. A meal conceptualized with intelligence and passion. The originality of each dish was disconcerting due to their simplicity in an explosive taste environment. I won't soon forget this salt-crusted parsnip, and this port and beet juice which accompanied a piece of tender veal. But the pinnacle remains this crispy squash cannelloni stuffed with mushrooms and truffles. A pure delight that became divine with this famous rosé. Thank you to the whole team, a courteous and professional service which was bathed in love and passion for catering.
