Had the loveliest meal at Le Bedeau on our last night in Quebec City and enjoyed what was my favorite meal of the trip. Nakia’s attentive service and guidance on both the food and wine menu made our experience really special. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys an interesting menu with great wine pairings and would absolutely return on the next trip.

More of a bar than restaurant. Ordered the tasting menus for 4. Not really a tasting menu. 2 small app plates which were very good followed by family style lamb shank and tasty but still frozen chocolate mousse tart. Nice service but please leave stacking of plates when clearing to the cafeteria.

Very cool experience! Menu has many very unique offerings, and drinks were pretty niche too. We struggled a bit with the menu, but did enjoy the things we ultimately decided on. Our service was really wonderful and the space is very cool (even the bathrooms). So glad we tried it!

Had a delightful experience dining al fresco Saturday Sept 6th with the most affable and entertaining server (I know I’ll get her name wrong) Naika. After 2 days over-eating, we decided to go lighter that evening with oysters and wine; lots of wine. She made great recommendations with passion, enthusiasm and authenticity, and we would’ve taken her as a seasoned member of the Le Bedeau team though she was actually quite new. We certainly enjoyed the food, the diverse wine selections, the fun atmosphere and everything else about the venue, but her service, hospitality and engagement really elevated our experience, and I’d happily recommend Le Bedeau to others visiting Quebec! Keep up the great work!

Our family spanning generations enjoyed a fabulous meal at Le Bedeau. The highlight of our evening was the personalized service provided by our server, Naika. She gave us wonderful and spot-on recommendations and played into our own family humor, delighting each person at the table. The restaurant’s interior is mesmerizing—perfect for chatting and reveling in excellent wines, cocktails, and a tasty food menu. Each dish was better than the last! Thank you, Naika, for a special evening and for treating us like family. We highly recommend Le Bedeau!
Very tasty and the service was excellent, but I was a bit disappointed with the portion size. I ordered the “onglet de boeuf, pressé de pomme de terre à la truffe, beurre à l’ail noir,” and it was barely 250 grams. I understand that businesses are trying to save and make money, but this felt a bit excessive

The food was creative and delicious , and our server Naika was great: attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and importantly, very patient with our endless questions about the food and wine! We had 3 main courses followed by desert, each very different in style and influence. Won't spoil the fun by giving details, but will share that the sauces on the dishes were amazing.

Crudo scallop with their gin and citrus marinade had a beautifully fresh presentation, and the flavor profile was intriguing. However, the dish was unfortunately too salty, which overpowered the delicate balance of the scallop and citrus. With a lighter hand on the seasoning, this could be a standout. It was wonderful accompanied by an Italian wine 🥰
