What a nice restaurant. Went hear few days before the saint Valentine and they had a special menu.All the items where really delicious. Really liked the Cod fish. The starters were also very well done (check the pictures).The service at this restaurant is very good and they are very accommodating.Also like the atmosphere. The chairs are very comfortable too.Keep it up.

It’s been a while I haven’t had such a good meal. If you’re two, I recommend the four course meal that includes a starter, soup, main meal, dessert and a bottle of wine. Everything was simply perfect! Definitely coming
We have been to this restaurant a number of times over the years and we’re usually satisfied. However our September 2023 visit in honour of my wife’s birthday left lots to be desired. Ordered filet mignon ($58), received 3 small (but tender) strips of beef. The plate was basically empty otherwise, lacking anything significant to accompany the “filet mignon”. Also ordered paëlla-risotto ($40). The risotto was essentially tasteless, and the paëlla appeared to be their own version - nothing like what was expected. When we politely expressed some disappointment, the waiter disappeared and sent an assistant to complete the service. We completed a satisfaction survey but Bistango never responded.

This place was amazing!!!! The staff let us bring our small dog to the patio because we could not leave her alone in the hotel. We got the octopus as an appetizer, and the filet of trout and lobster penne as our entrees. Everything was incredibly tasty. Will for sure come back here when we visit Quebec City.
