Homemade smoked salmon! Wow that promises, it takes expertise and love to do that.
Except when your magnificent salmon is under a flavorless Hollandaise sauce.
Cubed potatoes, we recognize the industrial product. No problem, with a homemade sauce and spices it's good and familiar... Ha Well no. Salt and ketchup that has had time to dry...
We move on to something else. We're going to enjoy the view with a good coffee, it doesn't matter... Ha Well, no, the coffee is not good. He tasted burnt.

I wasn’t excited for “white people” breaskfast, in my experience it was always boring but we here as it was a complimentary for my husband’s marriott status. It changed my perception with “white breakfast”😅 The avocado bacon toast was divine and crepe was good too. (My husband doenst really eat in breakfast but I wanted the avocado toast and crepe and I want share as I cant eat all those by myself. Our server Lyne, told him to order so he did 🤭😅🤣!!) She made us feel comfortable and chat with us without being annoying (we are a bit introvert)
Thank you Lyne for the very good service!!Place is clean with a nice view. Again the avocado bacon toast was amazing! With fresh fried potato on the side. I Highly recommend this place!

We stayed at the Delta for our trip and thought this restaurant was great! There were several good vegetarian options, the staff were polite, the atmosphere was nice and quiet, and the windows had nice views. For dinner, my husband had the steak frites and I had the veggie burger. Both were great and had large portions. For breakfast, I had the waffles and my husband had the omelette. Again, both were great!

I stayed at Delta hotel for 5 days during the Quebec festival. It's located on the 3rd floor. I saw some low rate reviews (score 3.7 from total 57 reviews) and I was discouraged to try the place. But after I got stuck in the hotel for a whole day because of the rain I decided to try it (hunger is stronger than Google reviews?). I was shocked by the fact that this place is actually good. Great view, clean modern design, polite staff. Prices are actually similar to all places around (~$20-$30 Can.) per person. Breakfast was perfect, both taste and presentation. I will definitely go back to try the dinner menu. After walking all day up and down the hills of Quebec the hotel dinner could be a great option. Recommended!??

The Nachos gave me food poisoning possibly from the beef being expired. Not impressed.

We arrived late, I admit, but from there not being able to have our dessert, quite ordinary... Lunches... phew! We waited several minutes, no one came to bring us the menu. We had to ask for it. We waited several more minutes before someone came to take our order at our request. The person was very stupid with us when we asked him for explanations on the menu. We got our meal at the same time as our bill. Really very disappointed

Food deserves 6 or 7, Service Amazing both nights, not over keen on all the televisions near my seat 1st night , the Desserts were great just no Cheesecake(But able to get a slice when i got to Halifax).
