The restaurant has very good service. It is a large restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, but as you can see in the photo, the food is served in a rather careless way. The flavor is a bit bland, without a well-defined taste. Overall, the restaurant was fine, but if you go to eat, the food should be the highlight, and in this case, it is not. Another observation is that during holiday periods and peak seasons, the restaurant should not accept tables of more than 6 people, as the rest of the guests do not feel properly attended. The restaurant became very noisy, and on three different occasions when I visited, there were two tables of 6 people each, seemingly from the same families. It felt as if I were inside someone else’s private party, which was genuinely uncomfortable.

Went for breakfast while staying at the hotel, had the buffet with 3 kids. Food was average to subpar, ie scrambled eggs were lifeless but passable but the bacon was a tasteless stickl. Drip coffee was terrible. All for 28$ or 11$ for kids.
Don't go here for buffet breakfast.

Stayed with our family over long weekend, Baptise and Gala were phenomenal in their service and hospitality. Traversing thin line of politeness , not be too overbearing yet be considerate of needs of kids and seniors.
Good quality food , not overly pricey. Would definitely recommend Delta and Le Bistro if you are visiting Quebec City

We move on to something else. We're going to enjoy the view with a good coffee, it doesn't matter... Ha Well, no, the coffee is not good. He tasted burnt.

I wasn’t excited for “white people” breaskfast, in my experience it was always boring but we here as it was a complimentary for my husband’s marriott status. It changed my perception with “white breakfast”😅 The avocado bacon toast was divine and crepe was good too. (My husband doenst really eat in breakfast but I wanted the avocado toast and crepe and I want share as I cant eat all those by myself. Our server Lyne, told him to order so he did 🤭😅🤣!!) She made us feel comfortable and chat with us without being annoying (we are a bit introvert)

We stayed at the Delta for our trip and thought this restaurant was great! There were several good vegetarian options, the staff were polite, the atmosphere was nice and quiet, and the windows had nice views. For dinner, my husband had the steak frites and I had the veggie burger. Both were great and had large portions. For breakfast, I had the waffles and my husband had the omelette. Again, both were great!
