Very interesting modern restaurant, bright interior and great staff. It is a bit cramped in spots but keeps a cozy vibe. The food is excellent, I really enjoyed the scallop ceviche and Guinea fowl which had great balance and structure. Would definitely return!

My spouse and I had dinner at le Clocher Penché during a quick Quebec City getaway. The room and atmosphere was amazing - cool vibe, and very warm and inviting. We were greeted warmly and sat at a fantastic corner where we had privacy but were also part of the room.
Our sever, Vincent was fabulous - professional, courteous, friendly, helpful - the consummate partner in our dining experience. The food was fantastic - amazing flavours and choices. I recommend that you speak to your server and have them provide recommendations - you won't regret it. Vincent even recommended a wine for us that we wouldn't have picked on our own and it was delicious. Merci Vincent - d'avoir rendu notre soirée et notre repas si spéciaux!

I went in hungry with my wife. The server wasn't chatty once I spoke English. First we tried to pre order as we had our dogs outside we were told no. Take out or eat in only. Offered to pay ahead still no. Everyone around us was also playing tourist. Servers and was nothing special took its sweet time coming to us. Our bill was two meals no apps no booze. It was 20% of my mortgage payment. Wasn't anything dreadful but if you read this far just pass by this place.

We had the pudding as an entrée, and it was so good. It had a nice balance of everything. I think it was really the highlight of the place. I would come back only to get that.
Three nights at the top rated restaurants in Quebec City and this was the best food! Every dish was wonderful. Perhaps the service could have been more attentive, or it could be in a prettier part of town, but the food was so good that everything else is noise.

Cozy restaurant with incredible food. We recommend making a reservation in advanced. We were greeted by friendly staff who spoke great English upon arrival. Throughout the night, our server was attentive and the pace of our orders was spaced out perfectly. We decided to give blood pudding a try and it was absolutely flavourful and the highlight of the night! We also got the deep fried maitake to start. For our mains, we ordered the fish of the day (cod) as well as the hanger steak. Every bite was delicious and ingredients were intentionally chosen. They switch up their menus and ingredients slightly for each dish seasonally so be sure to make note of that.
